Google Search Console Automation Tool
This script for Google Search Console will let you schedule automated data pulls from the search console API and import it into a Google Sheet. There are 3 things you'll need to get this working:
- A Google Account
- A Google Cloud Platform Project
- A website linked to your Google Search Console account
#1 and #2 can be done in the same step by going to https://console.cloud.google.com/ and creating a new project.
For #3, you'll need to go to https://search.google.com/search-console and follow the steps there to add your website.
There are 2 different builds for this product.
- Base Code
- This build has everything you'll need to run the automation. The main difference is that you'll need some knowledge of coding to modify the script to fit your needs AND also some knowledge of apps script to set up the scheduled job
- LEVELED UP Build
- This build includes the customized sidebar UI which will let you modify and manage the automation without having to write your own code. Once installed, anyone from your team will be able to help manage the automation without needing to bother you or someone else who knows how to code.
